AI feature cost and reliability
For apps that call ChatGPT, Claude or other models for their users.
- Spending limits per user and per day
- Checks on model output before it's saved or shown
- No duplicate jobs, and bounded retries
- Backup models and a way to measure output quality
Keep building with AI, safely
Set up your repository so AI assistants follow your rules instead of guessing.
- Instructions and guardrails the assistant reads on every task
- Automatic checks for the mistakes assistants tend to make
- A review step before every change merges
- Built on harness-kit, my open-source toolkit
AI for your operations
For businesses that aren't software companies: find the repetitive work AI can take over, and build it so it's checked and safe.
- Map where the hours go: orders, purchasing, reconciliation, data entry
- Connect AI assistants to the tools you already use: ERP, Shopify, QuickBooks, spreadsheets
- Preview every change, with a person approving the ones that matter
- Plain advice on where AI helps your business and where it doesn't
Fractional platform engineer
Ongoing help without a full-time hire.
- Review of risky changes before they go live
- Help with releases and incidents
- A monthly check on costs, security and dependencies
- Coaching for you or your team on working with AI tools
what I won't do
I won't tell you to throw the app away and start over. You have something that works and people who use it. I keep your stack unless there's clear evidence it has to change, and I keep your history so nothing you built is lost.
I also won't hand you a 90-page report. Every finding is something you can act on, sorted by how much it could hurt you.
